    Dear Management History Enthusiast,

We are pleased to announce that the Business History Conference (BHC) 2025 is now accepting submissions for its upcoming annual meeting. The conference, themed "The Business of Labour," will be held from March 13-15, 2025, at the Crowne Plaza Midtown in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Program Committee invites submissions that explore the history of labor-broadly defined-in connection with the history of business. Potential topics include, but are not limited to, automation, deskilling, offshoring, the service sector, migrant labor, corporate paternalism, labor organizing, and more. Proposals that connect historical research to contemporary policy debates are particularly encouraged.

    Submission guidelines:

    • Panel Proposals: Fully formed panel proposals, including 3-4 papers, a discussant, and a chair, are encouraged.
    • Individual Papers: Standalone paper submissions are welcome. Authors without a panel may also submit proposals for the conference poster sessions, designed to facilitate close interaction between presenters and attendees.
    • Poster Sessions: This format is particularly beneficial for emerging scholars and research that lends itself to visual presentation.

    Submission Deadline: November 1, 2024
Notification of Acceptance: December 1, 2024
