This sub-theme is led by esteemed scholars Elena Giovannoni, Christina Lubinski, and Adam Nix. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a vital conversation about how historical perspectives can enhance our understanding of creativity and innovation. The deadline for submissions is January 7, 2025.

    3. Quote of the Week Initiative: We have launched the Quote of the Week initiative to provide our community with thought-provoking reflections on our field of research. We began with a quote from Frederick W. Taylor: "The best management is a true science, resting upon clearly defined laws, rules, and principles, [which] are applicable to all kinds of human activities." We invite you to share your opinions on this quote by commenting under our post on LinkedIn.
