Rutgers University's School of Management and Labor Relations invites applications for the 2023-2024 competitive research fellowship program focused on the role of equity compensation and profit sharing in management.  Several $25,000 and $12,500 fellowships will be available for scholars from the United States, Canada, and internationally focused on both quantitative and qualitative research in all areas of management.   The fellowships are open to Ph.D. candidates, post-docs, junior and senior scholars, and researchers who have a new interest in the area.  Stipends can be used for research, travel, or other expenses and are awarded for residence at the scholar's home university.  Submit a CV and a 1500-word research plan with 3 references (sent separately) by March 31, 2023 for decisions by April 15, 2023.  Email the materials to:

fellowship_program@smlr.rutgers.edu or beysterfellowships@smlr.rutgers.edu  A number of administrative datasets and unique original datasets are available for scholars.  We want to particularly encourage scholars looking into the management history of these phenomena in either individual cases, industries, or from other perspectives. The fellowships are sponsored by the Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing at Rutgers, which hosts the fellowship program, annual academic conferences, and a curriculum library of case studies and videos for professors teaching about shares [ www.cleo.rutgers.edu ].   For information contact the Director of the Institute, Professor Joseph Blasi, at blasi@smlr.rutgers.edu
